EXHIBITOR LEAD SCANNER & EVENT APP INSTRUCTIONS
The Energy Exchange Australia app will be available about two weeks before the event. We’ll email stand coordinators and exhibiting staff when it’s ready to download, including login details.
The app includes:
- Event schedule and updates
- Company and product search
- Messaging and meeting requests with visitors and exhibitors
- Lead capture tools – scan visitor badges to collect and qualify leads directly from your phone
Before the event, consider:
- Your goals and target audience
- The types of leads you want
- Key questions or information to collect
- How you’ll classify leads once scanned
The lead tracker lets you add qualifying questions, send automatic follow-up emails, and view basic details of scanned leads.
Once live, ensure your team downloads the app and sets up their profiles so visitors can easily find and connect with you before the show.
