EXHIBITOR LEAD SCANNER & EVENT APP INSTRUCTIONS
The Energy Exchange Australia app is now available and has been emailed to all registered exhibitors, along with their login instructions.
The app includes:
- Event schedule and updates
- Company and product search
- Messaging and meeting requests with visitors and exhibitors
- Lead capture tools – scan visitor badges to collect and qualify leads directly from your phone
As Stand Coordinator, you must complete these 3 critical steps before the event:
1. Set Up Your Exhibitor Dashboard
Log into your Exhibitor Dashboard (this has been emailed to all Stand Coordinators) to:
- Ensure all staff working on your stand are registered (without this, they cannot scan leads)
- Create your custom lead qualification questions
- Purchase networking function tickets for your team
2. Download & Test the App
- Download “Energy Exchange Australia” from the App Store or Google Play
- Login with your registration email and unique App PIN (also printed on your exhibitor badge).
- Complete your profile
3. Brief Your Team
- Share these instructions or this video with all stand staff and ensure they download the app before arriving to EXA. All registered staff will receive their own login details.
Important:
Only the Stand Coordinator can access full lead contact details via the Exhibitor Dashboard after the event. The app shows limited information only.
Before the event, consider:
- Your goals and target audience
- The types of leads you want
- Key questions or information to collect
- How you’ll classify leads once scanned
